I highly recommend RJT Travels for event planning and coordination.
As I was organizing a museum event in Cleveland from Europe, it was invaluable to have RJ on the ground managing all the local arrangements. RJ coordinated with the hotel, venue, suppliers, and catering, ensuring everything ran smoothly and according to plan.
From the very beginning, RJ contributed valuable ideas during the planning phase and was always proactive, attentive, and solution-oriented. Communication was easy and efficient throughout the entire process, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Ronald was very professional and clear in his communication. No hidden agenda or unclear feedback!
He gave great advise regarding my car rental and the hotels I needed/wanted for my trip to California and Las Vegas.

Ronald was amazing to work with while planning our honeymoon! He was extremely communicative, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. His personal feedback from his own time at the resort was incredibly helpful and gave us some great tips that made our trip even better. Everything went smoothly thanks to his attention to detail. I highly recommend using RJT Travels as your travel agency! I have booked four vacations through them since 2023. Two Walt Disney World vacations, one Disneyland vacation, and my most recent one will be this summer's trip to New York's Finger Lakes and Lake George. RJT Travels does an awesome job at finding great hotels that fit your your vacation needs.  Anytime I have had a question while on a trip, they are very easy to get a hold of to answer your questions. I had the best experience with RJT travels. I booked my first international trip with RJT travels to go to Barcelona. The travel agency found the most amazing hotel there and I was beyond impressed with the assistance I received throughout the entire process. I recently booked a trip to NY with RJT after being so satisfied with the service. 100% recommend!
