Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Important: Please read before signing. By signing and submitting the cancellation form, you authorize RJT Travels to cancel all travel arrangements identified in your cancellation request. Cancellation fees may apply, and cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
Authorization to Cancel
Your signed and submitted form instructs RJT Travels to proceed with cancellation of the bookings covered by your request, including applicable hotel, air, car rental, and other travel reservations. Once processed, cancellations may be irreversible. Reinstatement, original pricing, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Supplier Cancellation Fees
Each travel supplier applies its own cancellation terms, restrictions, and penalties. Depending on your booking, these may include:
- Hotels: Cancellation penalties, nonrefundable deposits, prepaid room charges, or other fees under the property's booking terms.
- Airlines: Cancellation penalties, nonrefundable fares, or restrictions on travel credits, taxes, and optional services.
- Car rental companies: Cancellation charges, prepaid rental penalties, or other fees under the rental provider's terms.
- Other travel suppliers: Applicable cancellation charges for tours, transfers, cruises, activities, and other reserved services.
RJT Travels Fees
RJT Travels cancellation, service, planning, or processing fees may also apply where disclosed and agreed to in your booking terms. These fees are separate from supplier penalties. Any nonrefundable RJT Travels fees remain subject to those agreed terms and applicable law.
Third-Party Refunds
Refund eligibility, amounts, payment methods, and processing times are determined by the applicable supplier's terms and applicable law. RJT Travels does not guarantee refunds or credits from hotels, airlines, car rental companies, or other third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RJT Travels is not responsible for a third-party supplier's failure, refusal, or delay in issuing a refund. This does not exclude any responsibility RJT Travels has under applicable law, including for funds it holds.
Acknowledgment
By signing and submitting the cancellation form, you acknowledge that cancellation may result in fees or the loss of some or all amounts paid. Your request authorizes cancellation of the identified bookings; it is not a confirmation that suppliers have completed cancellation or approved a refund.
